Commoner cards (一般, Ippan, Normal), rendered on the cards themselves as COMMONER, are a character card class in the Genso Suikoden Card Stories TCG.
Overview

Commoner cards are defined by the game rules as Character cards who belong to a camp. This means that if the player is using the optional Mastermind card, their choice in Commoner cards can be severely curtailed as all cards with a camp alignment much match at least one of the camps of the Mastermind card.
Commoner cards are most frequently used to link off of Leader cards while attempting to win Mission cards but they can also be used to construct Facilities cards.
