Sign Rare (サインレア, Sain Rea) cards are a form of rare card found in the Genso Suikoden Card Stories TCG.

Sign Rare cards are cards that have had the signature of the card's illustrator printed upon them.
Sign Rares share the same holo printing as Star Parallel cards and are less common than both Star Parallel and Radiance Star Parallel cards.
Introduced in Genso Suikoden Card Stories Chapter II, only 91 cards have a Sign Rare variant, compared to 102 Radiance Star Parallel and 578 Star Parallel cards in Chapter II. There are no Sign Rare-exclusive cards.
Cards with printed signatures but no holo printing are not considered Sign Rare cards, but are instead promotional cards as such cards were only distributed at events.
Like other forms of rare cards, Sign Rare cards possess no special attributes in-game, functioning exactly the same as their normal counterparts.
