Both players must choose a card from their hand and play them simultaneously with the card that has highest MIL count clearing the Mission. Any non-Character card counts as 0 MIL. Unique Characters are immediately discarded and counted as having 0 MIL. If the result is a tie, then the player who played this Mission card wins. Ignore all text on any card issued to this Mission.
