The Wind Rune Incarnation (風の紋章の化身, Kaze no Monshō no Keshin) is a boss enemy which appears in Suikoden III. It is the final boss of the game. It is rendered as WindRIncar during battle in the English localization of the game due to space limitations.

Information

This massive creature was the embodiment of Luc and the power of the True Wind Rune he bore. The incarnation looked like a phoenix shining in emerald, emitting a divine light from its corporeal body.

It possessed not only the power of the True Wind Rune, but also the power of the other elemental True Runes, which materialized as gigantic rune orbs. In terms of attacks, it had high-speed body strikes, could shoot countless lasers from its wings, and could even combine the power of the five elemental runes to devastating effect.
