Billy (ビリー, Birī) is a supporting character in Suikoden III. He is a self-described treasure hunter whose talents seem to lie more in burglary and gambling.
History

Billy is a treasure hunter and the oft-absent father of Melville. He once met Alex in the Dunan Republic and was so impressed with his stories that he too took up the mantle of treasure hunter. He once had a home in Zexen but after losing his home due to large gambling debts owed to Shilo, his wife left him.
At a loss, and raising his son alone, he was able to rent a cheap room from Elliot's mother. He continued his treasure hunting dreams since then but was briefly reunited with Melville during the War of the Champions when he agreed to join the Fire Bringer after being caught attempting to steal antiques from Budehuc Castle. He is also the father of Kathy, who he fathered during his travels, but Billy is blissfully unaware of their connection.
Following the war, he was dragged back to Vinay del Zexay by Melville.
