Rachel (レイチェル, Reicheru) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Rachel is a debt collector hunting down the frequent bill-skipper, Cedric.
History

Rachel was a spear-wielding warrior who worked as a debt collector. Although she could be stubborn, she had a good, bright personality. She was committed to her work and was chasing down Cedric, who ran run out on several bills during the Island Liberation War. She was slightly nosy so when Cedric was caught on board the Stronghold Ship, she would offer to join as well in order to keep tabs on him.
Some theorized that Rachel had a crush on Cedric and even Rachel admitted that she found it hard to resist teasing him even when he was not doing anything criminal. She was also critical of Eugene but only because she believed he had good potential as a spear user like herself.
Following the Island Liberation War, she began to chase down Cedric again as he renewed his habit of bilking bills across the land.
