Billy is a treasure hunter and the oft-absent father of [[Melville]]. He once met [[Alex]] in the [[Dunan Republic]] and was so impressed with his stories that he too took up the mantle of treasure hunter. He once had a home in [[Zexen Federation|Zexen]] but after losing his home due to large gambling debts owed to [[Shilo]], his wife left him.
