The Stone Tablet of Promise (約束の石板, Yakusoku no Sekiban) is a recurring object in the Suikoden series. It lists the 108 Stars for that particular title.

During the Gate Rune War, this stone tablet was gifted by Leknaat when the hero secured Toran Castle as the headquarters of the Toran Liberation Army. This slate was managed by Luc, a disciple of Leknaat. Luc also managed the stone tablet when it was gifted by Leknaat to the New Alliance Army during the Dunan Unification War.
The Tablet of Promise was inscribed with the names of 108 Stars who were destined to meet and fight together. By looking at the tablet, one could see a list of the members who had joined the group and their star, which symbolized each person's destiny and attributes.
