Helga (ヘルガ, Heruga) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV. Helga is a powerful warrior prone to accidental property damage due to her exuberance.
History

Helga was an axe-wielder who was possessed with an almost superhuman level of strength. Although she could be a rough, blunt speaker, she was also gentle-hearted and, surprisingly, quite shy.
It is when Helga would try to overcompensate for this shyness that trouble would arise, usually in the form of panicked, accidental destruction of property. She was in Middleport when she accidentally dealt a great deal of property damage to the Lovely Ringlet Cottage inn there.
Hearing of the incident, the hero attempted to recruit her but found that Helga would have to pay for the damage. When Charlemagne offered to pay off her debt, she would agree to join the Allied Forces.
Aboard the Stronghold Ship, she would serve in the hero's personal guard along with Gretchen and Millay. Despite her best efforts, she would occasionally damage the ship. The most notable incident being when Lo Hak called her cute, causing her to jump in surprise and making a hole in the floor.
