Kathy (キャシィー, Kyashī) is a supporting character in Suikoden III. Kathy is a young rancher, wandering the Grasslands with her team of horses.
History
|
Kathy is a cheerful rancher who loves horses and is always thinking of their well-being. She lives a nomadic life, bringing her horses to pastures to graze.
She was the daughter of Billy, who had been in a relationship with her mother in between his travels. When he left to continue his wanderings, Kathy's mother was already pregnant with her, though Billy did not know. Either way, Kathy had no particular interest in her father's identity. As a result, she is the half-sister of Billy's other child, Melville.
She encountered the Fire Bringer on the North Amur Plain and agreed to come to Budehuc Castle when they helped her count the horses that had spread across the plain.
As a horse lover, she felt unable to turn down the opportunity to manage a ranch full of horses. There, she ran the Budehuc Castle ranch, admiring the varied breeds of horse there, and following the War of the Champions branched out into holding horse races.
