Ranches raise livestock such as pigs and sheep by those able to work the land and rear animals. No matter how powerful an army may be, it cannot remain sustainable without food supplies. In other words, it is the existence of such ranches and fields that makes the fighting strength of a nation possible.
During the Dunan Unification War, Yuzu joined the New Alliance Army and raised livestock for use in Hai Yo's restaurant at New Alliance Army Headquarters. The livestock she raised there included chicks, pigs, sheep, and cattle.
