The Toe Shoes (トウシューズ, Toushūzu) are a type of equipment available in Suikoden and Suikoden II. The Toe Shoes are a decent mid-game accessory and, more importantly, are needed in order to recruit the dancer Mina in Antei.
Information
These shoes are designed to be worn by dancers. The toe of the shoe is especially stiff, allowing the wearer to stand and balance on their toes easily. Since they were not designed to protect against attacks, they were not very effective as protective footwear.
Incidentally, these shoes cannot be worn by kobolds or wingers as their feet are shaped differently than those of humans and other races.
