A Library (図書館, Toshokan) is a collection of books and other reference materials and is a facility available in many games of the Suikoden series.
Information
Libraries were set up in the strongholds of the Toran Liberation Army and the New Alliance Army for magicians, scholars, and other readers.
Since these libraries were established during war time, it was difficult to put new books on the shelves, leaving them somewhat bare, but they were often supplied with Old Books collected from various locations.
The librarian at Toran Castle was Hugo. For the New Alliance Army Headquarters, Emilia was in charge of the library and gave permission for books to be taken out.
