Brown (ブラウン, Buraun) is a character who is mentioned in Suikoden III. He was the father of Cecile.
History
Brown was the guard commander of Budehuc Castle in the past. Following his passing, his daughter Cecile would take up the position, first unofficially then by appointment, out of respect and admiration for her father.
