Hou (ホウ, Hō) is a character from the upcoming Suikoden STAR LEAP.
The protagonist's father and village chief. In the past he was quick to get into fights, but he managed to bring together the wild characters and build a new village. He has connections with important people from various countries, and his past is shrouded in mystery.
Stallion also once gifted a Speed Rune to Hou and it would eventually be used by his son[1].
