Vandam (バンダム, Bandamu) is a minor character in Genso Suikogaiden Vol.2. He was the commander of the garrison at Caleria.
History
Vandam was the commander of Caleria Fortress, which lies on the border with the Grassland. When Nash Latkje was imprisoned on false charges, Vandam was on a mission at a different stronghold, precluding his involvement. In comparison to Barge, who replaced him while he was away, Vandam was both talented and popular.
