Kedo Mitsuharu

Kedo Mitsuharu (外戸光晴) is a Japanese illustrator who worked on several Genso Suikoden Card Stories cards in the early 2000's.

A doujinshi artist, Kedo Mitsuharu is perhaps most known for their Bleach doujinshi work.
