The Blue Mercenary (青傭兵, Ao Yōhei) is an enemy in Suikoden Tactics. He is a recurring enemy, especially in quest battles and can eventually be recruited.

The Blue Mercenary is first fought in Chapter 2, as part of the mercenary crew hired by Schtolteheim Reinbach II and is at Level 3. He reappears in Chapter 22 on the Terana Plains, at Level 22, as part of a group of bounty hunters hoping to defeat Kyril and take Corselia into Iskas' custody.
