Solis Raulbel (ソリス・ラウルベル, Sorisu Rauruberu) is a minor character in Suikoden V. Solis Raulbel is the popular, soft-spoken Lord of Sable.

History

Solis Raulbel is the head of the House of Raulbel who traditionally ruled the southern Falenan town of Sable. He has a wife, Melissa, and a daughter, Salisha. He was possessed of a soft-spoken demeanour unusual for a member of the aristocracy. However, he also had an inner strength that allowed him to stick to his convictions. He held the trust and loyalty of his people, including Dinn, due to his dedication to his noble duties and his disdain for the vices that had gripped other nobles such as Salum Barows.

During the Sun Rune War, once the Prince had cleared up the confusion regarding the bandit Roy's impersonation of him, Solis vowed to cooperate with the Imperial City Recapture Army, dispatching Dinn to the army as a representative of Sable.

Following the war, he gave his blessing to the union of Dinn and his daughter Salisha.
