Rujin (ルージン, Rūjin) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. Rujin is a lively, helpful Coutanese ring maker who works out of Tios Fortress.
History

Rujin was a ring maker who provided logistical support as head crafter at Tios Fortress during the HIY 200 Teras Pharma conflict. A descendant of the Jin clan, she organized the dwindling Coutanese crafters of the time. She was a relative of two other Coutanese crafters at the fortress: Chamjin and Suomjin.
As with all Coutanese, she had a youthful face. She mentioned to the hero on their meeting that she was turning 31 that year. A strong and caring person, she would help the hero and Regius by burying a cache of helpful items at the fortress for the company to excavate 100 years later.
Her caring extended to her comrades at Tios Fortress. When Berenique Nobilious offered to plant an Era Tree sapling at Perie Grove, Rujin quickly offered to go in her place. She also helped put the hero in contact with Beltha and Sorab, hoping that the company's jongleur might be able to help Sorab's depression.
Following Renefarious' defeat, Rujin returned to the Holy City of Thaksis alongside Berenique. There, she helped to organize the Coutanese craftsmen there while researching the Old World technology that the Mountain Roots had previously kept to themselves.
