Najin (ナジン, Najin) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. Najin is a ring maker from Fairpeak with an incredibly youthful face.
History

Fairpeak ring maker. Although a grown man, he has an incredibly youthful face, which runs in his family. However, he doesn't know much about his family background himself. He was not aware of his Coutanese heritage.
He was an old friend of Boldon and held great apathy for his fellow citizen's embrace of Ionia when the Vermilion Axe emerged, despite the long animosity between Fairpeak and Ionia. As such, he was encouraged that the hero and Boldon were standing against the Vermilion Axe independent of the Yggdrasilian Throne.
Later, Utze would visit Najin on behalf of Regius and dropped off a prohibited book. After passing on Utze's message to meet him in the Melisma Prairie, Najin asked to join the Company, wanting to put his work to use for people brave enough to stand alone against the Vermilion Axe.
Najin would learn he was a descendant of Rujin when he met his ancestor 100 years ago and inherited her skills. He would also learn from remnants left behind by Neisa, Olmar, and Sou Jin.
Following the fall of the barrier, Najin set out to find the site of the Coutan Republic and after a few years joined an emigrant settlement, never revealing what he found.
