Sound Set

Sound Sets (おとセット, Oto Setto) are a recurring item in the Suikoden series. They allow the player to change menu and dialogue sound effects, provided they have a character capable of doing so.

Information

Sound Sets are mysterious, small boxes filled with a variety of sounds. These sets can inspire a phonologist, such as Melodye or Connell. With the power of the Sound Rune, the phonologist can use these sets to change the window and menu sounds into noises as varied as animal cries or trumpets.
