The Octopus Pot (たこつぼ, Tako Tsubo), also known as the Octopus Urn, is a recurring antique in the Suikoden series.
Information
Originally used to catch octopi, these contains were submerged in water where the catcher waited for the octopus to enter.
They usually sold for between 500 and 1,000 potch. However, during the Dunan Unification War, with the appearance of Abizboah at the New State Army Headquarters, the price of such pots at the trading post there rose dramatically, to some 3,500 potch.
