The Gauntlet (ガントレット, Gantoretto), or Gauntlets, is a type of equipment available in several games of the Suikoden series.
Gauntlets are low level, early game defensive equipment.
Information
This metallic armor is designed to protect the hands of the wearer. They are usually designed to cover the forearm, from the elbow to the fingers, blocking attacks from bladed weapons. They were often considered essential for those fighting on the front lines, though their weight made them difficult to wear effectively for some.
During the Gate Rune War, they were easily available to buy in the town of Kouan. Ducks were unable to wear gauntlets due to the unique shape of their hands.
