Rune orb

Rune orbs (封印球, Fūinkyū) are a natural phenomena in the Suikoden series. They are sometimes called rune crystals.

Overview

These orbs contain a sealed rune, the power of which can usually only be released by a rune master. A rune master can extract the rune from the orb and attach it to a person's body, allowing them to use the rune's power.

There are many types of rune orbs, but it is said that there are even more that have yet to be discovered.
