The People's Faction (民衆派, Minshū-ha) was one of two major political groups in the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia and is shown most prominently in Genso Suikogaiden Vol.2.

The People's Faction was one of the blocs within the aristocracy of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia. It aimed to break away from the absolute rule of High Priest Hikusaak and advocated a form of power-sharing between the temple and representatives of the citizenry.
As such, it was at odds with the Temple Faction, which advocated for Hikusaak's absolute rule, regardless of his involvement. The Latkje family were once prominent members of this faction.
