The Champion's Rune (王者の紋章, Ōja no Monshō) is a rune which appears in several titles of the Suikoden series.
The Champion's Rune is a rare rune which gave its bearer an enhanced aura of intimidation, suppressing the appearance of enemies that would pose little danger when compared to the overall strength of the party accompanying the rune bearer.
In Toran, the rune could be purchased in the Warriors' Village but was very expensive. It was even rarer in the region of Dunan, with only one being found in a chest deep within L'Renouille Palace during the Dunan Unification War.
