The Angry Dragon Rune (乱れ竜の紋章, Midare Ryū no Monshō) is a rune that appears in Suikoden II and Suikoden V.

Information

This rune was borne by the bodyguard Oulan during the Dunan Unification War. The rune allowed its bearer to attack with a great many turbulent blows, inflicting twice the normal damage.

Normally, the rune could only be used once per battle. But when enraged, the rune could be used indefinitely, as anger was the source of its power. Equipping a rune such as the Fury Rune alongside it would make the Angry Dragon Rune always available.

Oulan would use her Angry Dragon Rune to unleash her Angry Dragon uppercut on the black dragon terrorizing Milit Village.
