The Fake Orders (ニセの命令書, Nise no Meireisyo) are a key item in Suikoden
Information
The Fake Orders were counterfeit documents commissioned by Mathiu Silverberg and created by Kimberly and Tesla in order to aid in a Toran Liberation Army mission to rescue Liukan from Soniere Prison. The documents contained orders for the holders to bring Liukan from the prison to Milich Oppenheimer.
Kimberly's cooperation had to be obtained by Flik spending a night of drinking with her. Tesla, meanwhile, was merely strong-armed into cooperating. Tesla, the scrivener, drafted the documents while Kimberly crafted the Imperial Seal which signified the document's authenticity.
Although the fake orders were said to be indistinguishable from the real thing and did give the infiltration team entry to Soniere Prison, Milich Oppenheimer did come to the prison in time to intercept their rescue attempt.
