This mansion, located in Kouan, is where Lepant, president of the Toran Republic, once resided. It was known as one of the most luxurious mansions in Kouan. Within the mansion various tricks, installed by Juppo, who was a guest, are used to protect the mansion and its treasure, the great sword Kirinji.
The mansion was infiltrated by the Toran Liberation Army during the Gate Rune War.
