The Blinking Rune (瞬きの紋章, Mabataki no Monshō) is a rune which appears in several games in the Suikoden series.
This rune allows the bearer to use teleportation magic. Viki was especially adept with the rune and was said to be the one who named each spell.
Its spells did such things as teleport enemies away or teleport a variety of objects above them to drop on their heads. It did not come without risk; the rune could backfire with its intended affects targeting allies instead of enemies.
