Ohitashi
おひたし Ohitashi
Ohitashi (おひたし, Ohitashi) is a recipe in Suikoden II and Suikoden III, where it is localized as Nukazuke Pickles. It is Recipe #3 in the former game and Recipe #2 in the latter.
Information
A delicacy of Muse City, Ohitashi is a simple salad-based side dish consisting of spinach with bonito flakes and prepared in a soy broth. However, there are many variations depending on the seasonings and cooking methods used.
Even those who are not fond of spinach may be surprised by the beautiful looking Spinach Cake dessert based on this recipe.
