Bjorn (ビョルン, Byorun) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. Bjorn is the meat-loving cook at the Orosk Village inn.
History

Bjorn was an inn cook working in Orosk Village who specialized in meat dishes. When younger, he trained alongside Lulusa under a chef at a famous restaurant in Schradt. The two became friends and held a mutual respect for one another, even if their culinary passions were irreconcilable.
When the the hero's group came to Orosk Village on the trail of the Vermilion Axe, it was Bjorn who passed on information about the Vermilion Axe's activities in the village and the possibility of their being involved in the disappearance of several villagers.
Following Boldon's rescue of the villagers at Mt. Orosk and the Vermilion Axe's withdrawal from the village, Bjorn would join the burgeoning Company in gratitude, preparing meat dishes at the lake fortress. Although he could be slightly gruff in his speech, he was friendly and jovial to most everyone he met.
As a member of the Company, Bjorn was able to learn from many great chefs of the past, including Hortensius, Myriel, and Nima. He would also learn from Tarascio Lucio's cookbook, gifted to the Company by Utze through Najin in Fairpeak.
Following the fall of the barrier, Bjorn for some reason moved to Therbe Village where he had a daily cook-off with his old friend and rival Lulusa.
