Name
Erroneously translated as Chimera Rune, as in the mystical beast. Guide books state the rune is actually named after the vampire, Carmilla. Carmilla is an 1872 Gothic novella by Irish author Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu and an early works of vampire fiction, predating Bram Stoker's Dracula by 26 years.
