The First Battle at Scarleticia Castle (第一次スカーレティシア城攻略 Daiichiji Sukareteishia Shiro Kouryaku, First Scarleticia Castle Battle) was a battle in the Gate Rune War. It was fought between the Toran Liberation Army and the Scarlet Moon Imperial Army.

Information

Immediately after the Toran Liberation Army victory at the Battle at Fortress of Garan, Flik, overconfident in victory, attempted to capaitilize on the momentum by having the army immediately march on Scarleticia Castle.

The intent of the battle, which took place immediately after the Liberation Army victory at the Fortress of Garan was to free and relieve pressure on the rebel groups being suppressed in the western Scarlet Moon Empire by the policies of Milich Oppenheimer.

There, the Liberation Army was decimated by the poisonous attributes of Milich Oppenheimer's Antoinette and were forced to retreat. The Imperial Army suffered zero casualties, making this battle an extremely damaging rout for the Liberation Army.
