The Heavy Collar (よい首輪, Yoi Kubiwa), originally localized as the Heavy Necklace, is a type of equipment available in Suikoden II.
Information
This carefully crafted collar is made of high quality materials. Though it had no magical properties, it was more effective as a piece of defensive equipment than a normal collar and was quite popular with kobolds and Winged Horde.
It could be found rarely in the Kobold Village.
