The Hilltop Conference (丘上会議, Okaue Kaigi) is a meeting that takes place in Suikoden II.
Information
The Hilltop Conference is the name given to the meeting of representatives from the five cities and one knightly order (Muse City, Two River City, South Window City, Tinto City, Greenhill City, and the Matilda Knightdom) that comprised the City-States of Jowston.
It took its name from the fact that it was held on Jowston Hill near the city of Muse and was traditionally chaired by the Mayor of Muse City as a result.
The SY 460 Hilltop Conference, the nation's last, was acrymonious with much bickering between members. It also ended prematurely with news of the Highland Kingdom invasion of Muse.
