Roundia Haia is a retired master swordsman who resides in seclusion in Kanakan, south of the Toran Republic. Roundia Haia's masterful technique focuses on a use of speed over power and it is that technique that has been taught to Anita and Valeria, among others.

Wielders of Roundia Haia's style usually bear a Falcon Rune and practice similar swordsmanship.
