Devil Armor (ゴーストアーマー, Gōsutoāmā, Ghost Armor) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden.
Although more a nuisance than a true danger to the party, the Devil Armor's ability to detach its limbs and attack several party members at once makes it potentially bothersome when combined with its relatively high STR stat. Its potential for menace is mitigated by the fact that it usually attacks by itself, however.
Information
This armor type monster was seen in Pannu Yakuta Castle, summouned by and under the control of Windy. The contents of the armor are entirely empty, with no lower body, the armor being propelled by its evil will.
The helmet, left arm and right arm of the Devil Armor can detach, allowing it to attack multiple targets simultaneously. As a suit of armor, it had high defense but held a weakness to lightning magic. Rarely, the sword it carries could be used as a Main-Gauche if recovered from its remains.
