The Wind Rune Piece (風の紋章片, Kaze no Monshō Hen) is a rune fragment item from Suikoden.
Information
This is a rune shard that was separated from a Wind Orb. By embedding it in a weapon, it is said to imbue attacks with wind elemental properties as well as allow for quicker handling of the weapon.
