The Water Rune Piece (水の紋章片, Tsuchi no Monshō Hen) is a rune fragment item from Suikoden.
Information
This is a rune shard that was separated from a Water Orb. By embedding it in a weapon, it is said to imbue attacks with water elemental properties as well as providing the bearer with a small healing effect.
