The Lightning Rune Piece (雷の紋章片, Kaminari no Monshō Hen) is a rune fragment item from Suikoden.
Information
This is a rune shard that was separated from a Lightning Orb. By embedding it in a weapon, it is said to imbue attacks with lightning elemental properties as well as cause additional lightning damage to enemies.
