Alec (アレク, Areku) is a character from Genso Suikoden Short Story Collection 2. He was the leader of a rebel organization within the Scarlet Moon Empire.

The elderly Alec was once a leading figure in Gregminster's anti-imperial organizations. In the past, he had been supported by Achilles before the nobleman's execution.
He had all the fingers of both hands cut off for defending those who helped Odessa Silverberg escape Gregminster following the death of Achilles. Since then, he had become melancholic and felt resistance was not an option when the rebel groups were struggling to merely survive in the capital.
When Odessa returned to Gregminster after establishing the Toran Liberation Army in Lenankamp, she met Alec in the hopes of forming an alliance between the various rebel groups. Although initially despondent, he and Zella were convinced to place their faith in Odessa's convictions.
He is believed to have died in a raid by the Imperial Army shortly after meeting Odessa and pledging his cooperation.
