The Mad Ivy is a plant-type monster that appeared around Teien during the Gate Rune War. It grows from the ground and so no one has confirmed what it looks like apart from its vines, which it uses to attack like whips. A typical plant-based monster, it has low durability and vulnerable to attack by fire. It is a common tactic when a group of these monsters appear to burn them down with a wide-ranged fire magic attack.
