Shining Wing Rune
輝く羽の紋章 Kagayaku Hane no Monshō
The Shining Wing Rune (輝く羽の紋章, Kagayaku Hane no Monshō) is an attack rune that appears in Suikoden III.
Information
That was a unique rune borne by Ruby. When used, the bearer fires a heat ray at its target, hitting all foes in a straight line between themselves and the target. It has high power, but the bearer would lose balance after attacking with this rune.
