Wisp (ウィスプ, Uisupu) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden.
Wisps are the weakest of the enemies encountered in the Cave of the Past. A player should them out first so they can't take pot-shots at the party as they battle the more powerful foes.
Information
These shining, floating spherical creatures appear in the Cave of the Past. Despite their unassuming appearance, they were quite formidable. They attack by firing projectiles from within the sphere itself.
It had low vitality and was vulnerable to fire magic, so mages rarely had a difficult time against their monster. Reports say that this creature can leave behind a rare Speed Rune Piece upon defeat.
