Information
This dish consists of rice topped with gratin and baked. The exact nature of the dish varies depending on the ingredients, but Lasagna made with Red Pepper was especially popular for its delicious taste.

Trivia
- Doria is a Japanese dish based on French gratin where rice usually replaces the potato element of the dish. The dish originated in Meiji-era Yokohama. It can sometimes be prepared in a "quiche style" but the two are generally considered separate dishes.
