The Luck Rune Piece (運の紋章片, Un no Monshō Hen) is a rune fragment item from Suikoden.
Information
This rune fragment can affect the luck of the user. When used on a person, it can permanently increase their luck. The effect seems to be real, but it is so slight that it may be difficult for one to notice the increase in good fortune.
