Information
A croquette is a delicious deep-fried dish made with potatoes. There are many variations depending on the ingredients and seasonings. Among them, the Eilie Croquettes made with salt are apparently so flavorful that they cause food poisoning and can lead to people fainting in agony.
Croquettes were considered a delicacy of Radat Town in South Window Principality.
