The Kidnapper (人さらい, Hitosarai) is an event enemy that appears in Suikoden IV. He is fought alongside his minion, the Kidnapper Underling.
Information
This villain attempted to kidnap a young girl in Razril during the town's Kindling Ritual, taking advantage of the mostly secluded back streets for his scheme. He works alongside his minion, the Kidnapper Underling.
Although tougher than the town's regular thugs, he is still not much to handle for a formally trained Gaien Knight. When defeated, he drops a Pot of Razril, which can be assumed to be stolen goods.
